Qtr Winter 2012. ________?

For me it says “paid”. It should for everyone else.

I have a question for everyone else also.
Where can you go to get your immunization records? I currently don’t have a primary physician and I can’t recall where I got my shots when I was younger. Most of the MMR shots were done a long time ago.

Do you think your high school would keep that on file since you had to submit that in?

Mine says paid too. I personally don’t know whether schools keep the records or not since I’m not from here but for those of you from foreign countries, look for your record asap. Luckily I have one from when I applied for my green card but I have to get the 2nd one tmrw!

My high school kept had a record of my vaccines and they gave me my records back when I graduated. If you can’t get proof of having vaccines you can have a test done to show you have received it. The good news I sent in my proof of vaccines this morning and they cleared in only a few hours, so at least we won’t be waiting for vaccines to clear before we can register.

If your school doesn’t have them, you will have to get a measles titer test to prove that you have antibodies to measles.

Do you know if we are allowed to turn it in in person? The form says it has to be sent automatically but I remember someone said last year they hand it in and they processed it on the spot

You can turn it in in person. Bring ID and your immunization documentation and you’re good to go.

Edit: I did that. =D The wait was around 5 minutes, although the more people there are, obviously the longer it is.

I turned mine in last night electronically via email. Anybody about how long before it will clear?

What did you turn in exactly? I have high school documents, but they aren’t signed by anyone but my mom…

Also, I’m trying to get a physician to sign option b… Will just that work?

Also, I have a signed form that shows all my shots - that is signed by a nurse from school - anyone know if that will work? Just curious before I BUG them tomorrow…

I’ve been bugging them already. haha. They just approved mine. A HS record should be OK. Now I jsut have to wait for my NSEOF to be processed before I can sign up for anything. I guess once that goes through, then I can register for classes. I’m assuming nobody has registered for any classes yet huh?

I don’t think you can sign up for classes until you go to your advising appointment, which you can’t make untill your NSEOF check has been processed.

i got vaccinated at uw. $37

Madrona is correct.

Pay NSEOF -> get immunizations taken care of -> go to orientation/advising -> sign up for classes

Where do you drop it off in person!

Hall Health!

Has anybody else got the " the application is currently unavailable? when trying to sign up for orientation?

I have, hopefully it will work tomorrow!
