I have been accepted at both Brandeis and Wellesley, and am trying to decide between the two schools. I love both schools, I love science, and am interested in applying to med school after college. Can anyone give me some information, feedback, or opinions on which of the schools has a "better" pre-med track, i.e. advising, accessibility, etc?

I can’t say anything about pre-med at Brandeis, but for Wellesley pre-med information take a look at some of the other threads on here. You’ll find lots of information there about pre-med advising, accessibility of professors, track records for medical schools, etc. Good luck with your decision!

There’s one thing that’s really got me on the edge about my decision…when I was taking a tour of the science center, my tour guide had a few negative comments to say about the pre-med advising (mostly regarding accessibility). Is this true? What are your opinions on this?

I don’t know what she said exactly so I cannot comment on that. The people I know who are pre-med have done very well in the med school application process and received a good amount of advising from professors. You do have to take initiative in all that you do here; professors will not knock on your door to remind you to do your assignment or turn in a form, but they are here to help you if you ask for it.

The pre-med (and science in general) is fantastic at wellesley. Acceptance rate to med school is around 80%.
