I have already been waitlisted by four schools: UChicago, UVA, Davidson, Rice

Very interesting ECs. I’m guessing you’ll get into Emory, Wake Forest, and Washington and Lee (given that you demonstrated interest there). Borderline between acceptance and WL are Amherst, Dartmouth, and Vanderbilt (although I think you’ll get into one). I’ll guess rejects at Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and a WL at Duke.

Good luck for the next couple of days!

If you believe in God, he will guide you through these hard times. God is the only one who will get you into these schools, not SATs, not Community Service, not Aps, but GOD. Let his spirit guide you my brother.

I think Wake Forest is a definite safety. Emory and Washington/Lee are both nearly safeties. I bet you’ll get into Amherst and possibly Dartmouth and Vanderbilt. Harvard, Yale, Columbia and Duke are all reaches, but I think you have a good shot!

I’m stunned. Just got my decision letter from Wake Forest today - I’ve been waitlisted. It’s my 5th waitlist so far. Chances are not looking good…

There’s no way you’re not getting into Emory (knock on wood). Your SAT scores are extremely well rounded…I’d say you have a high chance at Vandy but it’s so selective I can’t be sure (I’m wondering about Vandy as well…)

@entropy22 just got waitlisted by Emory too. Rejected by HYCD. That’s 6 waitlists and 4 rejects. 0 accepts so far…
