Premed and intro to sociology

<p>Is intro to sociology a requirement for new premed curriculum or is it just a suggested course to take for new MCATs?</p>

<p>I think sociology is required for students apply after 2015/2016 yr. You son will apply in 2015-2016 cycle, it’s on the boarder line. Better to ask the adviser for sure. </p>

<p>My son took this course in 1st semester. He said it was fun and not hard at all. </p>

<p>My son talked to Carol on Tue (finally). She said most MSs require only one orgo chem + one biochem even most MSs have not updated the website.</p>

<p>The Social Psychology course is one of the most popular courses at Tufts, but I don’t know if that satisfies the requirement. My daughter says that Sommers is a great professor for any of the courses. </p>
