Premed at Brown

<p>Hi. So I am a prospective premed and Brown is likely my first choice. I am just wondering how difficult the premed coursework is at Brown in comparison to peer institutions like Penn, Cornell and Columbia etc. I understand, of course, that it will be very challenging anywhere. I just have heard that Brown’s orgo class is more difficult than even Harvard or Yale’s. Also, are there adequate opportunities for research and work experience in a hospital? Does the presence of the PLMEs change the atmosphere?</p>
