I would like to know how hard is premed at Georgetown? (I know there is no premed major ... by premed, I mean people aspiring to go to medicine)
What percentage of students drop out of premed from Georgetown due to its difficulty?
Would someone who are there currently advise a high school senior who is considering applying for premed at Georgetown? I like the campus etc... and the opportunities it opens up there... but am a bit concerned if I wouldn't be able to realize my dream of attending med school, if the premed courses are tough. Please advise. (Georgetown is a reach for me: SAT 2210, Subject Tests: Math 790, Physics 800, Bio:740)
Thanks in advance

First of all, Georgetown is not a reach. Stop.

Second, I have several friends in Pre-Med. Many drop out after freshman year or when they hit Organic Chemistry. Instead of applying to the college premed program, trying something in NHS perhaps. They have a lot of unique programs that can prepare you for Medical School. Remember, GPA matters for Med School.
