Premed Study Abroad

I'm also posting this in the premed section, since I don't know the best place. I'm an incoming freshman in the Temple (Philadelphia) Med Scholars program, which means I have a conditional spot at TUSM, provided that I get a 30 on my MCATS and maintain a 3.25 or 3.5, something like that. I have the option of doing this in 7 or 8 years, but since my high school didn't have AP Physics or Chem, they said it might be difficult to do the 7 year. I really want to study (summer) abroad; however, Temple's program is limited for premeds. They have campuses in Rome and Tokyo, so it seems like most people just go there to study architecture/ Italian/ art or international business/ Japanese, respectively. I know about the Danish government program in Copenhagen, but does anyone have any other advice for programs to look into, if I should just try to take a lot of summer classes and go for 7 years, when to go (should I try to go summer between freshman and sophomore years or can I wait a year? Will this mess up MCAT studying?), Temple students with experience, etc? I really don't know anything and don't really other advice to go by, so anything would be appreciated! I would like to go to an English-speaking country in Europe, but other advice is also appreciated.

Since you are premed and one of the fastest growing groups in the US is the Hispanic population, maybe you could consider an intensive language program. There are many inexpensive ones in Mexico that go from several weeks to several months.
