Prep books for self-studying gov. & lit

Through reading tons of threads up there,
I drew conclusion dat best prep books for lit and gov are:
AP Comparative government: Ethel Woods
AP U.S. government: PR
AP Lit: Barrons or Cliff

However....things is my parents already bought me prep books...
and I got Ethel Woods for Comp. gov., BARRONS for US gov., and PR for lit...

Should I buy another books for U.S. gov. and Lit?...
or r those books dat I hav enough for me to self-study and get 5?

Good choices. I had AP US Gov and AP Comp Gov last year. Made a 5 and a 4. Used both Barron's and Ethel Wood. EW has a book containing lots of sample questions that also proved to be very helpful.

For AP Lit, any book with practice tests will be fine, especially if you are already a pretty good English student.

Be sure to check out Ethel Wood's AP US Gov book published by D and S. It contains a number of good practice tests.
