As I’m looking to be a future student of a prep school (Choosing between Milton and Lawrenceville) I want to know what you or your child wears.
It’s quite hard for me to find something suitable because I have a lot of t shirts and rarely any blouses or skirts so I’ll have to go and buy some (hopefully at a reasonable price!)
Do you have any advice on what to wear and where to buy clothes for a reasonable price?

Both of my kids (at two different schools) felt that they needed more athletic clothes than they originally thought. With sports 6 days per week, you really tend to accumulate a lot of sweaty smelly clothing. For regular clothes, they both found that they brought too much. I’d start light and wait to see what kids are wearing once you get there and once you have a better feel for what you will need.
