Preparing for AP exams next year... Best method?

I'm taking AP Bio, APES, and Chemistry Honors next year. I'm wondering what I can do to prepare for next year. Can I just read the review books for AP Bio and APES since they are just mostly memorization?

Btw, I have a very old chemistry text book and I'm not sure if I should stick with it or buy a new edition (worth quite a lot). Will I have to take chemistry again in college if I don't take the AP exam? Should I take chemistry again in college? How do you find out wether or not you'll be exempt from chemistry?

You shouldnt be taking the AP Chemistry exam if you're not taking AP Chem. Honors Chem and AP Chem are two completely different classes.

See how your other two classes go. If the teacher is iffy and seems strange, read a review book as a supplement. Otherwise, just stick to previous exams and the class itself.
