<p>I am not sure which forum to post this in, but I was wondering if any of you had any recommendations of how to PREPARE for college now that I have gotten in (!!)</p>
<p>next year I'm headed to a small LAC, and I'm nervous that I'm going to feel less well-read/talented etc. than my future peers. I've gone through high school not trying too hard and just riding on my intelligence, but since my parents are shelling out a lot of money for me to go to college I want to put in a lot of effort to make sure I get the most out of it!!</p>
<p>Do any of you have any suggestions for how to prepare for college? I read a lot already, but mostly obscure, specific books as opposed to classic works like "Democracy in America" or otherwise... </p>
<p>or if I'm overreacting I'd love to know that too... I'm just nervous that it will be hard for me to adjust to the change high school to college</p>
