I'm currently a junior in high school and I'm really starting to study often for the SAT and SAT subject tests. I'm taking the SAT at the end of junior year, so I have some time. However, I did have a few questions concerning my preparation for subject tests.

Okay I'm aiming for a really good university, possibly Ivy League if I could make it. I know that most prestigious colleges/universities require that you take at least 3 SAT Subject tests. My question is do Spanish and Spanish with Listening count as two separate subject tests? Also, earlier I purchased a couple of prep books:
Barron's for both Spanish and Lit. I also bought the College Board prep book for ALL SAT Subject tests. I've heard that I would need this College Board book in addition to individual specific prep books (my Barron's). Is this true? Does having it in addition to the two other book really help? I'd love to know, and soon. The book costs like $23 and if I don't actually need it I'd love to return it since I haven't used it. I realize that it includes subject prep for all SAT subject tests, which actually seems like too much to me, but if it will help significantly I will keep it. Also, I heard that you can take your subject tests senior year. Is that the best decision, or would it be better to take some junior year?

Any other suggestions on subject prepping? I'm new to this so I have a lot of questions. Feel free to reply. :) Thanks!
