Preparing for the SAT.

I'm currently studying for the SAT, and I would like some help.

Aside from using WordSmart and SAT Question of the day, what else should I use?
I'm thinking about getting the College Board Blue book in the summer. I just need to know more words and more online pratices first before doing some book pratices.

I also registered for College Board's online SAT program.

Do you guys know any other Vocab books better than WordSmart? WordSmart helped me a ton last year.

Definitely get the Blue Book. I would also get PR's 11 Practice Tests book and if you need help on test strategy, get their Cracking the SAT book. Goldmine of info.

Totally agree on WordSmart. Awesome book.

Definitely consider using Direct Hits. It’s the best vocab book ever written. It’s only around 400 words and your score will shoot up like rocket. Also, ready Xiggi’s method for more tips on testtaking strategies.

All of your questions and more are answered in http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/955109-silverturtles-guide-sat-admissions-success.html</a>

Direct Hits. I’d say that it’s currently the most effective SAT vocab book on the market.
