President Clinton first Wonk of the Year

<p>I remember hearing or reading that more presidents have spoken at AU than any other university. My D and her friends roll their eyes at the Wonk campaign though. She said tickets to Bill Clinton’s speech were gone rapidly.</p>

<p>Watched a lot of the Army - AU game last week. </p>

<p>Can they give the Wonk a rest? They seemed to run the spot during every commercial break. Maybe apps are up due to the campaign, who knows?</p>

<p>D said the tickets were gone by the time the announcement was made–some “insider trading” there I imagine.</p>

<p>My daughter’s facebook status - “Everyone is going to see Bill Clinton and I’m going to rehearsal. Typical.” Yep, that’s about right.</p>

<p>I guess my D was lucky to snag a ticket but all I could think about was… what ever happened to Monica Lewinsky? :)</p>

<p>My daughter was there as well. She said she got the ticket two minutes after they went up. She must have been there at her computer waiting.</p>
