Hi everyone, I'm applying to Rutgers in the next few days or so and I was wondering how much the AOs take the essay into account when giving out the Presidential Scholarship. I know that, with all its applicants, Rutgers doesn't have much time to spend on essays but will they place more emphasis on them for scholarships? Thanks!
