Just checked the website and found the application for the Presidential.

Do not see a particular form or instructions for the recommendations.

Is there a specific form that I need to look for, or how does one go about sending a recommendation in?

Also, I'm guessing that if you have the stats, you're welcome to apply. No special invite necessary.

Good luck to all!

Before you apply for the SLU Prez Scholarship, you should know that “having the stats” isn’t the main thing they’re looking for. Granted, it does help but conveying who you really are is a giant help. I have a friend who applied for the scholarship with incredible stats. He was ranked third, had a 3.95ish GPA (unweighted), did extra-curricular activities, volunteered, received 5s on AP and made sure he took the hardest academic course available. He’s naturally smart and I thought that because of “his stats,” he was bound to win. However, they rejected him because they were looking for someone who faced difficulties and managed to overcome them, someone who is more than a number on a piece of paper. For everyone reading this post, I encourage you to apply but be sure you’re not depending on your stats too much.
