<p>Any school besides the service academies and a few hyper religious institutions can be a party school if you want it to be. The fact of the matter is, most students who attend a residential college imbibe at least occasionally. With that said, here are some of the “top 30” schools (not that that really means anything) that I’ve heard have a work hard, play hard attitude. </p>
