Primero Grove Apartments

Hi! I’m going to UCD next year and I was wondering if it would be a good idea for a freshman to stay here? Would it be really hard to make friends? Would I still be able to have “the college experience?” Are there a lot of freshmen that stay here? Also, are they nice, I mean for dorm standards not regular apartments? Please don’t tell me that I can’t get into them, I know that I can as I’ve spoken to the housing office about it. Thanks in advance!

Yeah, Im an upcoming freshman, I’m trying to stay here because I heard it was really nice, Do you know how to have the best chance of getting into Primero Grove? If you do, I would like to know :D

Freshmen usually tend to stay in the traditional dorm areas like Segundo, Tercero, and Cuarto, although there are freshmen and transfer students currently living at Primero Grove (for the current school year, they MUST have written documentation of special needs for wanting to stay in Primero Grove. Next year, Primero Grove is primarily going to be for transfer students, although freshmen with special needs will most likely still be allowed to live in Primero Grove). It’s not hard to make friends, particularly since it’s located on campus and it’s right by the Segundo area. In fact, Primero Grove is part of Segundo, so you’ll still be able to have the “college experience.” It’s not like Primero Grove is off-campus.
