you’ve got to be kidding me bro…

How do you chance someone with imaginary statistics…?

This makes no sense to me.

Further, making a club to obtain money for charities JUST so you can put it on a college application is ludicrous.

Do it because you want to help the world, not because you want to help yourself.

Why do you want to go to Princeton?
That’s the first question you need to answer. And not just because it’s a “great school” because there are plenty of “great schools,” and it shouldn’t be because of the name or because your parents want you to. At the point that you’re only a freshman, there’s really no telling what your grades are going to look like let alone the really important stuff, like what you’re interested in or what you want to major in. What you’re missing is that. High school is a time to discover what you’re passionate about, and Princeton and all the other top-notch Ivies want REAL PEOPLE, not someone who’s tailored their entire future to getting in.

You’re basically asking us to chance statistics and grades you haven’t even gotten yet! Yeah, I’m “hopeful” that I’ll get that 2400 or perfect 6.0 GPA. And if I posted those all in a CC forum along with extracurriculars that I’m “predicting” will work out for me, I’m sure I’d get the responses you’re hoping to hear.

As i said, I wish this thread would just die.

I look back on this thread and seen how dumb my post is. Just stop replying, so this thread can leave the front pages.

Guys, leave him alone!!!

klearr, again, I can’t believe some of these negative responses you are getting.
