@JellyPeeps how were you notified of the first round decision? was it over email?
If you mean the Eli Whitney rejection, yes, I received an email on April 24th saying there was a decision. When I checked the portal it redirected me to an online letter that stated the first round of evaluations were complete and basically, I was out. So, assuming people haven’t received a similar email/response, they are still being considered.
I know this is a bit unorthodox but on gossip girl Blair and Serena got their admissions decision over text. What I’m asking is, is it possible that decisions could be released any other way than an email in real life? lol
@sam21stone I have seen emails, call, and mail. I haven’t heard about text notifications, but I guess anything is possible. But I would assume you would have to sign up and agree to it, so you would know in advance if they came that way.
I’m here wishing you all the best this week! I remember this week from last year, everything you’ve all been waiting for comes to a quick end, all the anxiety and expectation flashes away in whatever you happen to be feeling when you see “An update has been made to your application status”. It’s all part of the experience/process, memorable for what it’s worth.

I do not know if I will get accepted, but I do know that I put together one heck of an application and it really was my absolute best!

The email I got said decisions will be available at 5pm ET, so hopefully they’ll be released at that time!
