princeton interview

ah, another stat to check up on. writes it down

lol that could be your pick up line...as her about that and wink.

and I'll do the hand-gun motion and all. I'll wear my black suit, throw the sports coat over my shoulder, and say in the smoothest, most Barry White-esque voice, "Hey baby, you need some help boosting your alma mater's 70% inter-student marriage rate? 'cause ah, I got the goods you'll need, baby." And then I'll lick my lips.

Can you tell why I don't have a girlfriend?

hahhahhahahaa
wow that had me cracking up for a good five minutes.

You don't have a girlfriend because she's waiting for you at princeton? umm people just can't handle that ^^?

but gee, whoever ends up being your girlfriend will be very lucky, i bet you'd compose songs for her...and say romantic things in all these different languages!

haha. see, that's what I tell myself. they just can't handle that. but I guess that's far from it in reality, lol. Actually, our student teacher in AP Eng made us write love sonnets in preparation for The One. It was hilarious. And the worst crap I've heard/written before.

Phil, I nearly fell off my chair....that's the funniest thing I've seen on CC, ever...

haha, I think it's great that my futile attempts at romance make people laugh. hilarious :D

Eliza (that's her name) & Philip 4 Eva 'n' Eva! lol

umm...is this the right way to prepare for an interview? lol I have a feeling you're going to blurt that out >.<

I can see it happening....what a riot...

haha, yeah, knowing me, I would, especially since I'm going in cold turkey.

But I love interviews. They're fun. I just think it's uncanny that the interviewer's name is Eliza and the main character from the musical we just wrapped up was Eliza (and my best friend played her). Hmmm...omen, anyone?

lol i think you should sing to her!

no one has ever called me for an interview yet. :S

I have often waaaaalked, down this street befooooore...ah, I miss MFL. moment of silence

When is the deadlines for interviews, btw? Dec. 1 is what I thought I heard earlier, but I can't remember for sure.

That's what I've heard.....and I still haven't been called, gulp.

Me either...don't worry, it doesn't mean we're less loved...
does it?

I certainly hope not, zant. Well...maybe it means we're so good they don't even need the interviewer's assessment. (<----And maybe that's wishful thinking.)

lol no no I was totally thinking that too. :o

You're in New York City? Well, I'm here in Upstate (tho I've got Brooklyn blood runnin through my veins lived there half my life) and my interview's on monday. actually here theyre pretty organized. they sent a letter first and then the guy called today.

I really don't think it's regional. I think it just depends on how diligent your interviewer is but perhaps it has to do with the chapters of the alumni association...
but someone else in nyc got one!! gahh

I wouldn't know about anyone in KY...that's what I don't like about going to a university for senior year; all of the students are free of the app process and so I have to face it alone. But that's why I've got you here on CC =)
