Princeton begins there group traveling session with Harvard and UVA tomorrow in none other than Detroit. Please refer to this list to see when they will be coming to your area: Princeton University | Princeton on the Road

Thanks. The earlier thread on this forum mentioned this series of meetings and the meetings that have already happened this fall. I'd love to hear from participants what they hear at Princeton information sessions this fall.

ehh... When Princeton's in Baton Rouge, I will be in Princeton for PUMaC, so I'll miss that info session.

For some reason they're going to Columbia MO but not St. Louis. Oh well.

The rep visited our school near Rochester within the past month. He was very young and inexperienced. He was not an engaging speaker. From what I've heard, he didn't proffer information or initiate conversation - he only responded to their questions - and not very well..... He was obviously bright, but lacked skills in interacting with prospective students.

A few years ago, Stanford sent an admission officer who was NOT a smooth public speaker to my town for a large information session. Maybe she is more articulate in one-on-one settings; I don't know. The current Stanford admission officer who visits my region is very articulate and easy-going in large or small groups. I wouldn't judge a whole university by just one admission officer.

I wish Princeton did a large group session here this year, but it was only doing high school visits this year, and they are done, I think.
