Princeton Review book, worth buying the optional DVD

<p>Im trying to pull my 32 up to a 34 and was wondering if it is worth paying like 8 more bucks for the PR book along with the DVD. Whats on the DVD?</p>

<p>I have the one with the DVD. The DVD just gives the same tips that are in the book. Waste of money, in my opinion.</p>
