Princeton Review SAT tutors: are they worth it?

i've recently taken the sat and got a 2100, but want to improve my score to about 2300. i've been looking at sat review classes and tutors and i was wondering for those of you who have experience princeton review, whether the private tutors are actually worth the money.

i don't want to pointlessly throw away money and not improve at all. especially since princeton review tutors are so expensive!

Long answer: No way.
Short answer: No.

Generally speaking, PR charges $150+/hr for you to work with a college student who reads to you from a script.

If you are intent on tutoring, there are quality private tutors who work for far less money AND they can target your specific needs.

I have a list of qualified tutors depending on where you are located. I would be happy to provide you some recommendations if you are interested.

PR is pretty lame and waaay behind the times. So, no.
