It’s pretty cool to think that some of us posting may be classmates one day. For the sake of convo, what are you guys possibly wanting to major in? For me, probably Economics or maybe Politics/WWS.
@SylvRsr I was actually there during the Penn ambush, and in all honesty, I found it hilarious. The Princeton applicant community doesn’t bite, so if you guys want to come here again in the future, we wouldn’t mind! 
Sometimes I wish that the moderators didn’t delete the page of Penn comments on this thread, so that applicants reading this thread in the future can have one random page of funny comments to laugh at. I understand the stress at this time, we’re all going through it!
So, to you and the people who wrote “RED AND BLUE”, “PENN OR DIE”, “PUCK FRINCETON”, and pretty much everything else all over this thread, good luck on your applications! And thanks for the good laugh.

@ALibertarian I’m actually thinking about majoring in WWS/public policy as well! Ended up putting that down as my major on the app.

Interview is tonight. I know they say the interview doesn’t mean much, but I’m hoping it goes really well. I’ve had two already (one Skype and one in-person) so I know the ropes a bit now. My interviewer seems to share some common interests, but I don’t know if that’s a positive hint towards the process or if it’s just a coincidence.
Ugh counting down the days until interview time is too stressful, and scouring CC is how I procrastinate. I still have four or five more supplements to finish!
Apparently Princeton contacted my friend’s GC for further recommendation - is this a good sign or bad?

@collegebound1915 I think that it is both a good and bad sign. The good news is that he has made it past the preliminary round. The bad news is that he is perhaps on the brink of acceptance/deferral and the school just needs a bit more information to give him that final boost. I don’t know though; this is just guesswork. Hopefully he gets in!

Hi guys! I’ve never posted on one of these forums before, but I’m wondering when Princeton releases SCEA decisions. I read that they were released on December 15 last year, and I’m anxious to see the results. Does anyone have the specific time/date when the decisions are being released? Thank you!
@andrewbon i just called the admissions office and they said that they do not have a definitive date yet. she said that they will most likely by released in the 3rd week of december which we already know and that applicants will be getting an email within the “next week or two” with more specific details on when the results will be coming out. hope that helps

So is it official that we get our decisions back on the 15th, or is it possible earlier? I heard Harvard have decided on December 10th at 5:00 PM E.T.
@RoadtotheIvies98 Still speculation, as far as I know. Last year Harvard released on Thursday the 11th and Princeton released on the following Monday, the 15th. If this year is the 10th it’s another Thursday, so possibly it could be Monday the 14th then. I haven’t gotten an email indicating anything though.
