Princeton vs. Stanford

Dear All,

I would like some help on this. I am choosing between Princeton and Stanford and I want to do medicine. Although Princeton doesn't have a med school, I went to preview and they made up for not having a med school with great stats on their acceptance rates to the nation's top tier med schools. I heard that Stanford also has a superb science program and premed program. Initially when applying to schools, I only looked at academics (i.e. where I would find the courses that I liked), and both schools seem to have them. I'm very much interested in public health and Princeton has a "Global Health and Health Policy Certificate Program" whereas Stanford also has a "Global Health and Public Policy" program. I'm interesting in neuroscience and mol. bio research which both places have great resources and opportunities for that (correct me if I'm wrong on this impression). I'm also into music and dance (indian classical and western/hip hop). Grade deflation at Princeton was a concern for me, but when I went there people were like, "a majority of proffessors don't even pay attention to that policy".

I was wondering if anyone had any opinions as to Princeton vs. Stanford other than the weather at Stanford rocks. Any other criteria that I'm forgetting? I'm visiting Stanford next week and I'm afraid that I'm going to love both places equally.

Please let me know,

Thanks!
