Printers, chairs, fridges, and TVs

1) Is bringing a printer necessary? I've been told that there is free printing available at various places on campus. If so, I won't bring one.

2) If I bring my own comfortable chair, am I allowed to take the stock wooden chair home until the end of the year or something to save space?

3) Is it a good idea to bring a mini-fridge?

4) Does anyone bring TVs?

Thanks for your help. :)

1.) Not necessary, but it’s definitely nice to have one.

2.) Yes.

3.) I thought it was convenient, but not really necessary. Ask your roommate if they’d like one.

4.) Yes.

please bring a small laser printer. you cant imagine how much time it will save you.

yes for the fridge. believe me you will find it super convenient especially during final time. and for cold drink/food.

But I didnt have a printer for the whole year and i was fine. you can always use printers in various computer labs on campus and the hill.

^i would still bring a small, compact laser printer. it can fit under your bed, and you’ll have a printer to use in the wee morning/late night when computer labs are closed, or when the rieber 24 hour printer is broken. also, your printer is right there, no need to walk down to the lab or whatnot just to print off a job or two.

I just got a combo printer/scanner (HP Photosmart C4480). It was free after a rebate with my computer; I really like it, it prints well, and I will be able to scan my class notes into Evernote to keep on my MacBook and iPod touch ([Remember Everything. | Evernote Corporation](http://www.evernote.com)). Will it be a bear (or bruin :D) to fit on my desk, or anywhere in my dorm? (I’m in a Hedrick triple)
