According to Add/ Drop/ Change Process "Student enrollment begins in the sixth week with priority given to Graduate Students, National Merit Scholars, Regents' Scholars, New Millennium Scholars, students with disabilities, and NCAA athletes"
So does that mean if I got national merit finalist I get priority enrollment? And what exactly does that mean?

I was a finalist, but I didn’t get priority enrollment. That could be because I didn’t choose UCSD as my top two choices for it though.

UCSD doesn’t give scholarships for National Merit anymore ([UCSD Scholarships for Entering Freshmen](Scholarships for Entering First-Year Students)), not sure about priority enrollment though.
