<p>Hello,
I am doing A levels privately.
The thing I need to ask is whether foreign universities in US and its offshore campuses elsewhere and Honk Kong University entertains private candidates or not ?
If yes,
1)how will I get my high school transcript, teachers recommendation and other stuff that need to be obtained/sent from high school ? (since I am not enrolled in any high school)
2)Will I be at any disadvantage over those students who didnt do A levels privately ?
3)Will this effect my chances of getting financial aid?
4)Will I be able to get a fee-waiver for the application fee?</p>

<p>Well. Obviously u wont have a high school transcript. Go to the website and check the information for home schooled kids. Alot of that info may be helpful to u since u dont have a teacher or GC or school to apply through. Financial aid is available to everyone, however it would be difficult for u to obtain any as ur an international.</p>
