Problem contacting Johns Hopkins

<p>Hey guys,</p>

<p>I am here asking for a bit of advice on my situation. My program's application deadline was January 3rd. I submitted my entire app on Dec 1st and everything was completed except for my transcripts. Although another program I submitted transcripts to at the same time received them quickly, JHU did not receive them (or update the status page). I tried using their contact form, but I got an error message saying I did not have permission to access the page. Weird. I tried emailing the support number for their contact form in mid December. Didn't get a response. I tried calling this week now that they are back in session and the phone just rings.</p>

<p>Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do next, or does anyone know if JHU probably received my transcripts and they just didn't bother updating my status page?</p>

<p>Same exact thing happened to me but with Michigan. I ended up ordering an Etranscript be sent - cost me 5 bucks - that way you get an email that day saying the school downloaded it. I wouldn’t wait because they could be already reviewing your application. Make sure there isn’t a form you needed to send with it and if so fill that out and PDF with your Etranscript request.</p>
