<p>Man.. I am quite nervous at now point, since it seems like I am the only person who has not yet heard anything from JHU! I submitted my application on 31st of December, 2005 and yeah.. nothing from JHU yet. Should I be worried or just wait for another month? I tried to call, but everytime I called the school, the woman who picked up the phone said 'Not yet!' :S really frustrating, I am not even kidding. The voice message saying applicants are not able to check his or her status yet due to the large volume of the applications this year has not been updated yet. AdmissionDaniel.. what should I do????</p>

<p>I am not sure many of you understand how difficult it is to process 14,000 applications. Our Operations Department is working 7 days a week right now and they are trying to get every application in the system. There are still about a 1000 the need to be entered, so you should not be worried.</p>
<p>Call the middle of next week. (And as I said before, don't listen to the message system -- we are trying to change it and our telecommunications department is being real slow.)</p>

<p>Letters and emails are not sent to confirm applications. Postcards are sent to domestic applicants to inform them that there application has been received. Emails are sent to applicants if application materials are missing.</p>
<p>The only way to confirm your application is complete is to call, 410-516-8171.</p>
