I logged into my Duke account with my NORMAL ID and password (note: not the new one for the actual application results). What I saw is confusing...

"Submission Status: Not Submitted"

I don't get it. Is anybody else seeing this on their page?
I guess I shouldn't be worried, considering I have been receiving the emails that my decision is going to be posted, along with the new ID and password.

BTW... anybody know the purpose of the new password and ID?

I just logged into my new PIN and password... The one that I will find my result on.

This one says...
Submission Status: Submitted
Submitted Date: 3/23/2009 1:53:00 PM E.S.T.

I'm good, I guess?

The new password and ID is for the page where you can check your admissions status in 26 minutes.

Why don't you try logging on with the new PIN and pass before you freak out. As for why they do it, it might be out of privacy issue. It does say when you log in they expect only to applicant to be seeing the site.

^ it says the same for my D : 3/23/2009 and submission status: submitted.. i don't know what that means!!

Mine gives the exact time and date of submission as all of you guys. It's nothing. But I don't know about something saying your app wasn't complete. Could be a bug, did they ever contact you about your app not being complete?

submitted, i think, means that they have finished reviewing the application and that a decision will be available in 18 mins...

if it says "not submitted" i don't think that your decision will be up yet. Sorry!

I dont think "not submitted" has anything to do with an incomplete application; they would have notified you a long time ago if that was the case. Don't worry, they probably just havent uploaded your decision or finished reviewing your file. When I talked to an admissions officer a few days ago, they said that not all decisions would be posted until the first week of april.

I have the application confirmation and my checklist was completed. I'm not going to worry about it.

eeek not good. If I were you, I would contact them right this second.

Right this second? Right before they release decisions? Brilliant idea...
