In my CalTech application status checklist, there is a line that reads: “Awaiting Evaluation: Humanities/Social Science" and is marked as waiting. I emailed the school ten days ago to inquire as to what this means but have not heard back. Does anyone understand what this phrase means?
Did you send a humanities or social sciences teacher rec, as required per their admissions website? I’m guessing they are missing that.
