Problem with Ithaca

Okay... so, first of all, I didn't see the part on their School of Music application that says the application must be in at least 2 weeks prior to your audition... mine's January 30th (12 days), and I haven't finished it yet. Are they going to penalize me for this? :x
And also, I had originally told them I was auditioning via DVD. Then my mom said that she would rather go up there to see the campus and audition, so I emailed admissions and they gladly changed my audition date to 1/30/10. Then a few days ago, some family stuff came up (personal), and I was not going to be able to make the 1/30 date, so I emailed admissions again asking for a change to the next date (2/14). I haven't recieved a reply from them. I got a letter in the mail Friday saying that final preparations were being made and they needed final lists etc ASAP. Since then, I've found out that I CAN audition on 1/30. Should I email admissions again since I haven't recieved a reply? I don't want to badger them too much...

I feel like they have a mugshot-esque picture of me on their office wall that says DO NOT HELP, haha.

I’d get that app in ASAP, and I would let them know it is late, and when they can expect it, and if they want it sent specifically to someone’s attention (because of the lateness).

As for any penalty, it would depend solely on Ithaca’s policies. You have to inquire directly.

And about changing audition dates again, call and ask. They may be able to accommodate you, they may not. Things happen, and most schools will work with you if slots are still open.
