<p>Well, I already submitted my common app for Syracuse, Lehigh, and Boston College and...by accident in the 150 short answer for activities, I copied and pasted the paragraph I wrote twice, so it appears twice. Stupid mistake =( I didn't realize til wayyyyy after I submitted. Do you think it'd be that much of a problem to colleges like they'll think im an idiot or something? lol I feel like an idiot...am I reading too much into it?</p>

i contacted all the admissions offices of my schools and told them of the problem

but they know you are human so i wouldnt worry too much.</p>
<p>elevenson is right. The most important thing is to contact each school individually, apologize, and check that it's OK.</p>
<p>You are human (I hope ;) ), and colleges get that. The most important thing is for them to think "This kid made a mistake and followed up on it, I won't hold it against them", not "OMG this kid was so lazy that he made a stupid error and didn't even notice it or care enough to contact us about it".</p>
