<p>I linked my Naviance account to a non-existant Common App account and I am not allowed to change it in My Account. What do I do?</p>
<p>Same thing happened to me! My commonapp username was tanw42 but in Naviance, it linked the account to the email version of tanw42 (ie. <a href="mailto:tanw42@.com">tanw42@.com</a>); I emailed them and hopefully I get a response back. Hope this doesn’t hurt my college app process.</p>

<p>Usually since Naviance is controlled by a school, you should contact your high school and they will reset it for you to change. This is what I did.</p>
