Problem with teacher REC for ed

<p>I am applying ED to Cornell and one of my teachers was supposed to have her rec done for me today, however there was a problem and it won't be ready till Wednesday; so that means a NOV 2nd post mark. Would this be ok? I am on the east coast so it would get there before others from the west coast.</p>

<p>Its fine to be late by a week or so for materials thats not under your control.</p>
