<p>Does the school I'm applying to (ED deadline Nov. 1) need to receive the teacher recs by this date? What if my application is submitted and paid for but they don't get the recs by the 1st?</p>

<p>The general consensus seems to be that schools are pretty forgiving about receiving recs a little late. Just make sure anything you have control over gets their on time.</p>
