So I just got a email from UCR telling me they'll cancel my admission if they don't recieve all final documents. They already got my high school transcript and I took the Entry Level Writing Exam and got enrolled into ENGL 001A,so either:

1)They need my AP European History score from 10th grade and my Psychology score from 11th grade.

2)They want me to take the MAE (but i'm a Political Science major)

But how do I tell collegeboard to send in exam scores not from 2009? I mean I took the European History exam like in 2007 and have long lost the AP student packet from that year and the 2008 year. When I got my report card in the mail it only had the two AP tests I took this spring and it's suppose to be cumulative, so something is definitely wrong. And I forgot, is the AP number the same throughout your 4 years or does it change every year?Cuz I have it from my 09 report card.

my ucr under docs they list the things they got and didnt

Yeah I know and I don’t have those two AP scores…I feel like collegeboard lost those scores or something…cause every report card I’ve gotten from them always never has exams from the prior year and right now i’m ****ed at collegeboard.

yeah thats very odd, cuz they always list the exams from the previous years… Try their toll free line?

Thats cause you gave them the bad info. The same thing happen to me. My ap world test were sent to me and to a school in the Bay area. When I took US and English the year later. My report only showed US and Eng. I called Cboard and they had two different files for me. Maybe that happen

I got the same *, except, the scores weren’t added in because they are useless, now some *ing stupid automated message generator is sending me this **** message even though it’s unnecessary

And apparently some idiot person up in admissions thinks that unnecessary AP scores are a reason to cancel admissions

who the **** designed this ****?

They don’t have two of my AP scores on file, because my counselor did not add them in because the AP scores would not have made a difference

Chemistry AP because I’m taking chem 1a anyways, and Calc AB because I already took Calc BC

I still stand by the above comment though

If I didn’t know any better I’d say the email was spam

wow you are having a nice conversation by ur safe lol. But call Cboard and they will fix it

It won’t work for me with collegeboard, UCR never received my scores from collegeboard so I had to do a phone/paper report with my counselor back in orientation

I was cussing because the idiots up in admissions made an ASSUMPTION about my situation

Maybe then I’LL ASSUME THE PEOPLE UP THERE ARE IDIOT LOSERS

thank god i didnt have to deal with that ***** automated stuff, cuz i put ucr in the beginning packet college list.

I thinks its gayer that they charge a fee just for a frikin call… ridiculous.

I meant the whole idiot system of sending people these messages about incomplete records

yeah it get annoying. luckily i sent mines when I took my test

yeah i never understood why they need AP scores especially when passing them means less money for them because I can get unit credit (as in my case). So it would behoove them to actually not want the AP scores. I mean it’s not like I lied and said I didnt take the class…they have my transcript.

Someone mentioned that they might have a different file on hand but the same person…that might be the problem, but I dont want to call them only to ask that question and be charged a fee.

actually it’s free since its also their error for causing hardship. They send out for free too if that occurs

I’m going to try to call them and explain that since the AP scores they didn’t receive are not necessary, and in any case somewhat difficult to retrieve, they should not worry about it and stop bugging me

I have no idea why this would be reason to rescind admission though…

I feel like ranting…

6 reasons why

when I show my counselor my AP scores she doesn’t put all of them in

The school never receives my AP scores in the first place, so that I have to show my counselor

I get the message about missing documents on a ****ing Friday so that I can’t respond till Monday

They probably won’t receive my scores even if I sent them again

the deadline to respond is next Friday, which only gives me 4 days to do so

I’ll probably have to go up there on Monday to explain the situation since they never respond to emails and never help on the phone

I feel like nuking the damn place

Wow those admissions people probably have no clue on your situation. If you state that you cleared up with your counselor then Im guessing it should be fine. Also why does AP tests even matter? Its not like they were part of the requirements for admissions in the first place.

I would be ranting and being ****ed off if I were you too. Being rescinded from something minuscule as this would be outrageous!

rescinded from not getting ap scores??

do AP test scores play a huge role on getting accepted?

some what they show you can take college courses sucessfully
