<p>I guess this is a dumb question but I tried to login to the web email and Outlook is saying that it does not recognize that email / password. I have activated my account at my.osu.edu and it is letting me know that the emails are being sent to <a href=“mailto:mylastname.2@osu.edu”>mylastname.2@osu.edu</a>, however when I click on web mail it says to login with the format mylastname.#@buckeyemail.osu.edu. So that part is a bit confusing. I tried using both formats with my Buckeye Link password but to no avail. I was just going to check for the MSP but this would also help in the future.</p>
<p>If you indicate your personal email in the applicant center, you can receive emails about MSP on that personal account. I have been having the same exact problem with my osu.edu email. I heard the best way to solve this problem is call the IT desk on Monday. The number is provided at our my.osu.edu account. </p>
<p>The buckeye mail through Outlook didn’t work for me either. But if you log into your account at my.osu.edu then you can change your preferences and have whatever goes to your buckeye mail account go into your personal email account.</p>
