Procrastinating, what do you do?

What do you do when you procrastinate? I do this while I do AP euro hw.

Part 1
<a href="http://i39.tinypic.com/16o1tg.jpg%5B/url%5D">http://i39.tinypic.com/16o1tg.jpg</a>
Part 2
<a href="http://i43.tinypic.com/2uif4u1.jpg%5B/url%5D">http://i43.tinypic.com/2uif4u1.jpg</a></p>

Ive done so many of these (with different settings, characters, etc) that I could quiet possibly publish a picture book.

INVENIAMVIAM, you mean that cursive thread that no one looks at?

You can't RE-USE pictures!!!1!!!1!

lol, in my APUSH class I just sit around and pretend like I'm paying attention, while I'm actually waiting for the clock to say 1:40

In class, I usually just daydream or actually pay attention. I don't really know how you can "procrastinate" on an in-class lecture.

At home, I procrastinate on schoolwork by doing all of the following:

reading reviews about music, and then downloading anything that appeals to me

managing my music library (making sure all the labels are correct and whatnot)

watching funny videos online (Conan, Leno, Daily Show, a number of YouTube channels)

watching the news online (usually Al-Jazeera)

reading the news

reading political/economic editorials

browsing through a multitude of topics on Wikipedia

playing guitar or piano (rare nowadays)

writing music (I try not to anymore)

debating with people on YouTube (usually about politics)

exercising

sitting in my chair with my eyes closed, or laying in bed

learning about a foreign language

learning a foreign language (only casually)

browsing one of numerous forums

going to the kitchen, only to realize there's nothing too to eat

going to the kitchen again, because I'm that desperate

starts with "p" and rhymes with "corn"

popcorn

...yep. As you can see, I have many reasons not to do homework. It's amazing I get any homework done at all, considering all the other things I like to do.

StumbleUpon... Look it up, or don't if you want to have any hope of getting any work done for the rest of your life

Lololol, yeah the cursive thread, I happened to look at it today, and I happened to have been mentioned in the latest post, so I looked through it for a minute or two.

Oh well, for procrastinating, I check some forums & wikipedia, generally waste time on the internet, talk to my lovely Doomster, piano, Lost, play tennis (yay now that it's warmer again), take naps, walk the dogs, write down the things I need to do on the mirror in my bathroom (instead of actually doing them), listen to music, look at google life pictures, find desktop backgrounds, really I'll do anything to keep from doing anything productive, watch movies, take a shower, etc. I waste time.
edit - oh, and during class, I draw pictures (lol, the girl next to me in Euro yesterday actually brought PAINT to school and painted a picture... srsly.. wut) and doodle aimlessly and sometimes nap on the various sofas in the classrooms, and don't do work because I "don't have paper or a pencil so I guess I won't do it"

I look at funny pictures, like this.

<a href="http://forums.azbilliards.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=72240&stc=1&d=1216496027%5B/url%5D">http://forums.azbilliards.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=72240&stc=1&d=1216496027</a></p>

When I procrastinate at home, I
- Sleep
- Sit in my chair and just kind of stare at the window
- Internet
- Try to juggle 4 balls, which I now still really suck at.

In class, I
- Sleep, and I don't even try to prentend I'm listening
- Do homework from other classes
- Stare at the clock on the wall

I can never sleep in class. Not because I'm not sleepy, but because I feel bad for the teacher. =/

Shower.

Eat. Or rather, study the unappealing contents of our pantry and refrigerator.

If it's late, I'll go to sleep and set my alarm clock for some ridiculous time like 3:40 a.m., pretending that I'll actually get up and finish my work.

Watch Anderson Cooper! Am I the only one that finds him slightly desirable...

Stalk my favorite author's blog.

Stalk my favorite band's blog.

Stalk people's profiles in general. (Uh-oh, creeper...)

Flip through my PSAT booklet -- not studying or anything, but wondering who could have thought up such amusing questions.

Turn on music and dance like no one's watching! Cuz sadly, they aren't.

Volunteer to watch my brother. My parents aren't on to me yet...

Browse / take in unhealthy doses of wikipedia.

Call my best friend.

Read old issues of Seventeen and stuff I have lying around.

Enter "teen" chatrooms and, for personal entertainment, let adult men clamor for my attention. Fun, fun.

Write "insert teacher's name is stupid" in very, very tiny print on whatever assignment I'm about to turn in.

Go on CC, obviously.

Read.

Oh, and a bunch more.

in class- do homework from another class thats due the next period

at home-eat,t.v,look up random stuff on wikipedia, read the news, check the weather, look at amazon.com,facebook, AIM, and CC.

Tetris, Sudoku, or Bubble Spinner!
My New Year resolutions were to 1) not procrastinate, 2) not procrastinate, 3) not procrastinate some more, and basically, I epic failed.

CC.

Sleep.

Try to read and then falling asleep.

Do math. No, seriously, it actually helps. As long as I don't check my work that is.

Pace around the house.

Go outside.

Attempt to dream of my plan of attack on those assignments, but just falling into a dreamless sleep instead.

Eat... healthy stuff.

Facebook.

Sharing the pain of IB on MSN.

Wikipedia tangent jumping.

Youtube, if I'm up to it, I might even watch some educational videos.

Try to study Russian, intro intro level heh.

Blogs.

TV: Ugly Betty, 30 Rock are my favourites.

Between these I can usually squeeze about 100 words into an essay every 6 hours. :D

I'm really jealous of my friends who can't live without doing something... sigh, when I see them just pumping out finished assignments weeks before they're due, I get this boiling feeling of shame inside, then I proceed to write about it on CC.

In class, I mainly sleep. How I've managed to pull off A's for four years I will never know. At home, it's

-CC
-video games
-Youtube
-video games
-check my email frantically for absolutely no reason
-video games
-say to myself that I need to get a *ing life
-video games
-walk my dog
-video games
-regret the past and contemplate my future
-video games
-stare at things that I see every day
-video games
-notice that nobody has even bothered to call or text me in days
-video games
-right before I go to bed, "oh * I have homework due tomorrow"
-video games

that about sums up my days

First off, I remind myself that procrastinate has Latin roots (pro and cras) therefore, it's cool for me to do it since my school forced me to take Latin (which I loved)
I get on the computer. Mess around with FB, IMDb, WP, email and this site
I shop for PURSES. But I spent way too much money and now can only window shop, so I don't do it too much anymore.
I call my sister and blab to her about my boring life
If abs necessary, I call my friend. Calling her guarantees a 3 hour conversation, so we don't call each other often
I wrote stuff in French in my journal
Mess around with my iPod, download new (free) apps
Wait around and hope my brother or other sister calls me because I'm totally not calling them
Text my friend and convince him to come over so we can do nothing and be awkward.
Stare at cambridge's website and bemoan the fact that I will never get in there
Turn on music and practice ballet steps, or just try to force my legs into a straddle split and try to get over splits on right and left.
