Procrastination vs. academic success

Procrastination: 9.5

GPA: 93.3
Rank: Top Half

10 because i do it the day it is due or pull a "oh holy crap i forgot" and sometimes the teacher lets me do it again

in fact i have a ton of HW to do before the end of the week lol

valedictorian, 3.92-3.95 gpa

(we dont weight)

I'm a, ummm, 9.99999. surely not a 10! :]

GPA is, hmm, 3.97 UW, 4.47 W, and I'm salutatorian [NOT that I could be val even IF I didn't procrastinate, I'm stuck with sal because my AP Latin classes are all unweighted :[ stupid system]

How is it EVEN POSSIBLE everyone has a procrastination level of 10 and a GPA of 4.0 (virtually)? They just can't coexist...surely people are either lying or their schools give out A's like oxygen.

Oh it's definitely possible to finish quality work, while also procrastinating heavily. You just need to sacrifice something society calls 'sleep'.

Procrastination : 10
3.90 GPA UW, 4.2 W
Ranked #10 < lololol

My best essays were ones that I worked on weeks ahead of time; however, I can still get A- and up on essays that I do the night before. I had a 98 in a dual credit English class last year and only wrote the first more than eight hours before the deadline. XD

Procrastination: 8.5
GPA: 3.093 and dropping =[
Rank: 251/586

1-2
GPA 3.9 W top 10% but ranked in low/mid 50's (competetive HS booo-hooo)

I have good work ethic.

Procrastination: 7
GPA: 3.92ish UW, 4.16ish W

11
GPA: 3.97 UW/4.31 W
9th in class weighted, 2nd in class unweighted.

I rarely turn in homework on time (if at all) but I'm an amazing test-taker.

Lucky you, I am a horrid test taker and that's what brings my grades down more than anything: multiple-choice. Hisssss.

Lol, it's amusing how most people here view themselves as heavy procrastinators, yet still perform well in school...

Procrastination: 8
GPA: 4.00 UW, I don't know weighted
Rank: 2

procrastination 9.
gpa: 3.8 = uw
3.9 =w

Your results are slightly skewed I'd say. (Run some linear regressions) This is a website. Therefore to post here people must have time. But it's about school. So we must care about school. So a lot of us have good grades. And more on time, high school students should never have no work and free time. It just depends on how much they feel like doing at a specific time. Therefore almost everyone here is a procrastinator. The survey is not representative of the general population.

Procrastination: 10, and I'd go higher if I could.
GPA: 4.0 UW/4.88W (ranked 3/339)

Procrastination:: 10
If a project is assigned 3 weeks in advance, chances are I'll be staying up all night the day before it's due.
homework is basically done in school during other classes lol

GPA : 92.5
Rank: Top 10% in the most competitive school on Long Island

level 7
3.667 uw
4.083 weighted
59/584

Im personally a 6-7. I usually start my homework at about 5-6 and procrastinate and finish at 10-11.

GPA - 3.72 UW (Damn middle school) (Should be 3.84 UW after sophomore year, school weighs weird)
Rank - 29/507

Our valedictorian is the biggest procrastinator I've ever seen, and shes taking 7 APs next year (junior year).

procrastination: 10

GPA: 3.8/4.3

20/498
