<p>I used the common app and I got a letter from Stevens Institute of Technology asking for professor recommendation. I wanted to know if this is some type of form that I need and get the professors to sign.</p>
<p>yes on the common app page there is a link that says “School Forms”
Then you will see “Instructor Evaluation”
You have to print that and then give it to your professor to fill out and then mail to your school.</p>
