So, today I received a letter saying that the program I applied to is full so I should look into another program. I'm not sure if currently this means that I am in all technicality accepted as an undecided or not. Any ideas?

which program?

architecture. they got my application a few days late so I couldn’t even be considered for it. I don’t know what to do. I was thinking of taking my GA for the first semester and see if I can get into the spring program if possible?

well i don’t know what that means. i know architecture is competitive, but you didn’t get a rejection either right?

like general classes that would still be counted as credit.
i don’t think so? It just says that I can be considered for another program and I have other opportunites with Penn State available to me.

If you were accepted as an undecided, the letter would have included an official acceptance notification (along with other paperwork and information). From the wording you mentioned, I suspect they are simply encouraging you to try applying to a different major/program. You might want to call admissions and ask, because if they want you to re-apply to another program you would want to do that ASAP because it’s already pretty late in the application season.
