Project Wildcat, aka PWild

Have any of you older people done this your freshman year? It sounds really fun, but I don't know how seriously athletic you need to be in order to handle the "6-8 hours per day" of hiking.

I did it! It was awesomeee. I highly highly recommend it.

profile of me: NOT athletic. I can maybe run 2 miles, tops. I was way worried about PWild and almost backed out 20 billion times. And I'm not very nature-y either (first time camping). and I loved it. i met awesome people and it made new student week so so much better.

was it intense? yes. I recommend you pack as light as possible (pack up your backpack with what you think you need, then take half of it. i'm serious.)

do it! i was supposed to, but had to drop out right before due to a back injury. i'm still upset about it, haha.

I'm thinking about it but I'm just worried about storing my stuff because I dont know how much I'll be able to store. Its sounds like a lot of fun though.

I think I'm going to apply.

wait, how come i haven't heard about this at all? where do you find the application and information about this stuff?
