Proof of extracurricular?

<p>I was wondering what kinds of proof of EC(specifically community service) do UC's accept from applications. Would that just be a signature and organization, or something more? </p>

<p>I'm planning on going back to Vietnam ( a 3rd world country) to take part in a charity to help disabled kids get a good education. It's an organization in Vietnam so I don't know how to prove to UCs that I did this. Would I need something like recommendation letter, certificate, stamp, or would signature and organization name be enough? also do I ask them to write in Vietnamese(and then translate to english), or English to begin with.</p>

<p>They don’t require “proof” at time of application but are not beyond spot checking with a telephone call.</p>

<p>However since it’s an organization in Vietnam, how would they spot check it? Plus the organization probably can’t speak english fluently, and they are very afraid of getting involved in foreign stuff cause they don’t want any troubles, so I’m asking how else can I prove to them in my application.</p>
