How competitive is the field really? Is it easier to get high-paying jobs as a business administration major? Is the starting salary really less than you’d find researching it online ($60ish k)? Is it common for a hardworker to become a manager receiving over $140k?
Marketing is generally considered to be one of the easier, less employable business school majors. If you go into marketing I’d consider pairing it with something like statistics or some kind of business analytics. I can’t provide any input on salary data.
