Good luck @russianblue and congratulations to your friend.Thank you @staycalmandcool and @Zealous184 I know it must feel fantastic to have all of your hard work pay off. And such a RELIEF to be done with this process :)

@staycalmandcool @Zealous184 @ClubAcres

Thank you!!!

Congratulations you guys! Could you post your stats in the decision thread so ED2 applicants like me could have a glimpse of my chance? Thanks!

i don’t really think test scores or gpa directly correlate with whether someone is admitted to smith or not (okay-- if they’re really terrible they might, but they’ll let in one person with a 1800 on the sat and not let in someone with a 2400 the same year – yeah, that happened), and stuff like quality of essays and teacher recs, while being more important to them, are far too subjective for one to numerically rate. i know it helps to look at stats to feel like you have more control over the process, but really, just be confident in your decision to apply.

Early release for Smith ED II applicant is today!!!
I know it’s not time yet and I’ve called the Smith office today (with poor phone connection, so I might have misheard something or missed something that the lady said), but my login is still disabled… Hope I could still check my admission decision in time though! Wishing everyone good luck!!!
I applied Regular Decision so I think i have a while to wait for a letter:(
New here, but did anyone receive a likely letter from Smith as an RD applicant?
My daughter received a letter today stating she has been officially accepted - I think this is called an early write. With personal note from the Director of Admissions. Very exciting!
Can I ask where you live? When was it postmarked?
Hey guys I was accepted today!! I applied RD but my letter said I was part of a group that was admitted early. It said official acceptance packages will be sent out March 27. I am OOS, from California. The letter was dated February 20. I didn’t even send in my scores to them! Good luck to everyone
Congratulations to the ones accepted early! Good luck to the ones waiting for their decisions- I know this is a stressful time. But like I believed, “Hope for the best, prepare for the worst”

We have a group on facebook called “Smith College Class of 2019”. One is a page that Smith made for us while the other is a group that we made for ourselves. Be sure to like the one by Smith and we’ll look through and add you all. Its a fun group Congratulations on your acceptance again!
@Zealous184 , is the student-made group a subgroup of the official group? The admins of the main one have yet to approve my request to join and I can only find one Smith Class of 2019 group.
@123wombat the one smith made officially is a page while the other one is a group. I’ll ask the admin to add new students on the group (:
just messaged smith on FB about upload date and they responded that decisions will be uploaded Friday March 27th to bannerweb. good luck everybody!
