<p>Haha, seriously, though, what are the characteristics you're looking for? We can't tell you what might be a good option without some background info...</p>
<p>Dickinson has higher average SAT scores. Providence is a Catholic school.</p>
<p>SAT are comparable with an advantage to Dickinson but they probably massage the numbers; I am going to check.</p>
<p>Looking for a "liberal arts" education but that is probably found everywhere?</p>
<p>Have you visited Dickinson? I honestly couldn't stand it. The people wore name brand clothing all the time and acted very preppy. They were also extremely bouncy and fake friendly. When I was sitting in at the humanities session, my dad asked for the worst thing about Dickinson; one student looked a little nervous and was like "well, they might shoot me for saying this, but they really push diversity down our throats to the point where it just hurts."</p>
<p>Also, this may or may not be a plus for you, but 90% of the junior student body goes on study abroad each year.</p>
