Provost Scholars at USF?

<p>I was recently invited to the Provost Scholars Program at USF-Tampa. I want to apply, however I would like to know: if we apply and are accepted to the program, are we obliged to attend USF, or can we wait to see whether or not we are accepted to then decide where we attend college?</p>
